One placement, guest post or niche edit, counted once in the month it's placed regardless of whether it ends up completed, rejected, or still pending. The count resets every month.
You pay for ten months and get twelve - a flat 20% off the monthly rate, billed once a year up front.
Domain count, orders, and invoices are all checked at the moment you try to add one more. You get prompted to upgrade right there, before anything goes over - higher tiers remove the ceiling entirely.
VAT/GST is applied automatically based on the country's own rate - you don't calculate it by hand.
