Wallet & Coupons

A wallet, and coupons Super Admins actually control

Every organization now carries a wallet, funded by coupons you build yourself: a Direct Credit, a Deposit Bonus on top of a client's own top-up, or a Discount Purchase. Each one gets its own redemption limit and a log of who redeemed it and when.

Client Dashboard

An Account Manager on every client's dashboard

Clients now see their Account Manager's name, title, and photo on their own dashboard, with a direct-message button straight to them or to a Super Admin. Chart date ranges - 3, 6, 12 months, or custom - now stay put between visits instead of resetting.

Order Pipeline

Order History keeps the filter you left it on

Date filters on Order History persist per user now instead of resetting to a default, and a new All Time option covers everything before your usual window.

Reports & Analytics

Reports goes deeper than the dashboard

Reports adds average cost per order, average turnaround, a full order-status breakdown, and a guest post vs. niche edit split - all following whichever date range you pick, scoped to what each role should actually see.

Tasks

A task board that already knows which order it's for

Tasks ships as a kanban board with drag-and-drop columns and color-coded priority. Cards tied to an order carry its guest post title, source and target URL, and anchor text, and comments support @mentions for pulling in a teammate.

Email Templates

Task emails get the same placeholder support as everything else

Email Templates already covered invoices and order status - task-assigned and task-status emails now support the same placeholder syntax, with every edit kept as a version you can roll back to.

Domain Inventory

Filters that actually hold their values

Date-range filters in Domain Inventory and Master Data stopped resetting themselves mid-use, Master Data now shows a live record count, and order-placement emails moved onto their own template.

Feedback

Feedback now renders as a real card

Client feedback - monthly or on a specific order - now renders as its own card with a star rating and comment. Staff can tag a response Addressed, Improvement Needed, or Escalated, with a timestamp once it's closed.

Order Pipeline

A goal to aim at, and more on every order

A progress bar shows where you stand against your monthly goal, order history's detail view now shows the service type on every line, and support tickets refer to "creator" instead of "client" so your own team shows up correctly too.

Billing & Invoicing

Invoices land in the inbox, not just the dashboard

Send full invoice detail straight to a client's email, and build the templates themselves in a proper rich-text editor - placeholders now land exactly where you put them.

April 2026

Domain Inventory

Search finally comes to Domain Inventory

A real search bar across your domain list, the missing filters filled in on Master Service Data, and a fix so invoice duration filters can no longer be backdated past their own end date.

Roles & Permissions

An Accountant role, and bulk domain assignment

Accountants get their own scoped view instead of borrowing someone else's. Assign a batch of domains to one client in a single action, with a check for anything already assigned. Order comments can now be edited and deleted inline.

Client Requirements

What a client wants, written down in one place

Client Requirements captures a structured brief per client - title, description, reference links, and a running list of SOPs - instead of it living in someone's inbox or memory.

White-label

White-label, for real: logo, color, domain

Your logo goes into client-facing email templates and the login screen, your favicon is set per organization, your brand color applies platform-wide, and clients land on a custom domain that behaves like it's actually yours.

Add-On Services

Charge one client differently, without touching the catalog

Add-on prices can now be overridden for a single client, so a special rate for one account never changes what everyone else pays.

Roles & Permissions

Permissions that hold, even on a custom domain

Super Admin, Sub Admin, Accountant, Client - every role now sees exactly what its permissions allow, and that scoping extends through email settings and the client-facing plan page too.

Roles & Permissions

A dashboard for every organization on the platform

Platform Admin gets a real dashboard for managing every organization at once, including the ability to suspend one directly from it.

Billing & Invoicing

Stripe billing, and invoices that aren't one rigid template

Plans are purchased through Stripe with cancel and resume built in, and invoice PDFs became modular - organization details, add-ons, and totals now generate independently instead of a single hardcoded layout.

Add-On Services

A catalog for the extra work you already charge for

Add-On Services ships as a shared catalog of flat-priced extras you can attach to any order in a click, instead of writing a manual line item every time.

December 2025

Order Pipeline

A nudge before a client's email causes problems

A warning now appears when a client's email address isn't verified yet - catching the problem before it turns into a bounced invoice or a missed notification.

November 2025

Order Pipeline

Click a number, see its orders

Click any stat card on the dashboard and the order list filters straight to it - no more rebuilding the same filter by hand every time.

2025

Messaging

Messaging that doesn't live in someone's inbox

A message center connects your team and your clients directly - threaded conversations, image support, and a web push notification the moment a new message lands.

Order Pipeline
